The wedding entertainment that you choose will set the tone for your reception. Choose something that you enjoy, but also remember there will be people of all different ages and likes at your wedding. Most bands and DJ's will bring a variety of music and can select songs that will get everyone up on the dance floor.
If you are hiring a band or DJ and you are having your receptions outdoors or in a non-traditional place be sure to let them know well in advance. They may have to bring in special equipment and lighting, and this will all need to be confirmed and tested well in advance.
